Uses: A new type of chemiluminescence substrate, used as a luminescent probe in the research of gene chips.

The reaction is marked with acridan (9,10-dihydroacridine) as a substrate and alkaline phosphatase to produce continuous high-intensity chemiluminescence. In the chemiluminescence detection process, it provides superior sensitivity and ease of use for alkaline phosphatase coupling. Alkaline phosphatase of less than 10-19 mol can be detected, and it can reach the peak quickly to reduce the detection time and increase the throughput. The slope of the linear calibration curve is drawn with logarithm equal to 1.0. One number or more of enzymes produces one number or more of luminescence, and it continues to emit light-the requirement for measurement time is not high.

The luminous intensity can be read from the generated linear calibration curve at any time. The analysis result is not sensitive to the temperature in the range of 22°C—35°C, which reduces the accuracy required to control the temperature.
